Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in every PuroMed purchase. Because our products are consumable nutraceuticals and cosmetics, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility
Refund or replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original sealed packaging, and accompanied by the Quality Analysis Certificate that shipped with the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened nutraceutical or cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 – 10 business days from the date of approval.
